ANHAM provides vehicle and equipment services throughout many regions across the globe, including the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and the South and Central Asia regions. We utilize our worldwide network of logistics management centers to provide vehicles, equipment, maintenance services, and spare parts to some of the most challenging regions of the world. Our work has encompassed support for thousands of vehicles, and the management of millions of SKUs of spare parts. ANHAM prides itself on its proven ability and success in recruiting, vetting, training, managing and motivating local workforces. In Iraq, this unique ability has enabled ANHAM to successfully transfer to the Iraq Armed Forces almost all of the manual responsibilities for maintaining vehicles belonging to the U.S. military.
We possess years of experience in the areas of procurement, leasing, and maintenance. We provide military vehicles as well as armored and unarmored non-tactical civilian vehicles (NTVs) for government and non-governmental agency (NGO) use. We currently have one of the largest supply chain networks in the region. On all these operations ANHAM provides complete contract support, fiscal accountability, and operational transparency.

Key Contracts
Iraq Army Maintenance Program
Iraq ($192 Million) – An extension of the highly successful National Maintenance Contract was awarded to ANHAM as a result of our ability to mobilize resources and superior performance during implementation of this contract. ANHAM provided maintenance services and supply chain support to a large USG fleet and delivered spare parts throughout Iraq. Supporting over 31,000 vehicles of more than 100 models from 10 countries, ANHAM proved its performance capability by completing more than 68,000 work orders at 15 separate locations, as well as supporting over 2,000 maintenance personnel by managing food service operations at multiple sites across Iraq throughout the completion of the contract.
Host Nation Trucking (HNT)
Afghanistan ($180 Million) - ANHAM provides dry cargo transportation and freight forwarding services on an IDIQ basis to the U.S. military serving Forward Operating Bases throughout the country. Operating a dedicated fleet of 260 heavy duty trucks, ANHAM transports military cargo from Bagram Air Base and other locations. Numerous transportation missions are carried out on a continuous basis ranging from 2 to 20 days per mission, depending on origin and destination pairs. A sophisticated In-Transit Visibility system enables ANHAM to eliminate theft and protect cargo and personnel. ANHAM was recently recognized by the Commander of the Host Nation Trucking Mission for both rapid mobilization and a 100% mission success rate over the course of the first 155 missions.
Vehicle Supply
Romania ($110 Million) - ANHAM supplied Autocamioane Roman vehicles to the US Department of Defense. Additionally, ANHAM created the credit facilities to finance the project, and worked with Autocamioane Roman to establish production and delivery schedules. We used our efficient logistical system to ship the vehicles from their factory in Romania to various destinations using transport both over land and by sea.
Fully Armored Vehicle (FAV) Leasing
Afghanistan ($90 Million) – ANHAM provides leasing and maintenance services for SUVs and light duty trucks to ensure the secure transportation of US Government personnel and Coalition forces in Afghanistan. ANHAM finances, procures, delivers and provides a full array of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services, including engine repair, body repair, and emergency recovery services in extreme conditions throughout the Kabul region. ANHAM maintains specialized vehicle maintenance facilities in Kabul, which are equipped with state of the art automotive diagnostic systems and equipment. Management, administrative, procurement and maintenance services to support the vehicle fleet are provided from these facilities.
Afghan Vehicle Maintenance Training
Afghanistan ($1.7 Million) – ANHAM provided military vehicle maintenance training services for the Afghan National Army (ANA), including training ANA personnel in both basic and advanced maintenance and repair skills using experienced instructors deployed in two Mobile Training Teams. Training courses were provided in five regions, including Kabul, Mazar-e-Sharif, Gardez, Kandahar and Herat. The program covered ANA's vehicle fleet, and provided ANA soldiers with the skills required to perform automotive maintenance and repair services to ensure that all vehicles are combat-ready.
Heavy Duty Vehicle Supply
Middle East Region ($90+ Million) – ANHAM has been awarded several contracts by the US Department of Defense to supply heavy duty military vehicles to bases in the Middle East. ANHAM had the vehicles manufactured by its different partners from various nations, including companies in Romania and Ukraine, and delivered them directly to the various military bases. The vehicles delivered included trailer head, flatbed, cargo, fuel tankers and other specialized trucks. These vehicles were manufactured in strict accordance with US military specifications and delivered directly to US bases by ANHAM. ANHAM provides continuing vehicle systems support in the form of spare parts delivery, maintenance and service using primarily local national personnel.
M1114 Transfer Program
Iraq ($63 Million) –The contract was to provide a work force to service and repair 400 HMMWV’s each month, and set up a training program to train a local national workforce necessary to accomplish major repairs (heavy maintenance), including replacement of major assemblies and allied trades tasks (glass, air conditioning, sheet metal). After the training of the local national workforce, the contract required the implementation of an OJT program for Iraqi Armed Forces personnel. Additionally, ANHAM was required to carry out facility modifications, and establish full life support services for contract personnel.
