Key Contracts


National Criminal Investigative System (NCIS)


Iraq ($16 Million) – ANHAM provided a turnkey, multi-lingual, web-based system for Intelligence Management. This system is used by the National Security Service to facilitate their crime fighting efforts. In addition to system deployment, ANHAM provided training to Iraqi officers on computer and intelligence technology skills, familiarization with security legislation, and standard investigative policies and procedures.


Homeland Surveillance System Projects


MENA Region – Contract for the design, implementation and integration of Homeland Security Systems for the local governments throughout 18 major cities in the MENA region for the local governments. ANHAM, with its partners, established road and community surveillance, automatic number plate recognition, and facial recognition systems. In addition, ANHAM installed over 582 cameras, a microwave backhaul network, network operations centers, CCTV monitoring, dispatch and information systems. Ongoing efforts include training, operations, mentoring and knowledge transfer to local government operators and technicians.


Enterprise and Compound Security Systems


Iraq, Algeria and Afghanistan – ANHAM contracted and implemented security and access control infrastructure to protect specific government and multinational enterprises within these countries. The systems have included CCTV cameras, control systems, video recording and analysis, and necessary access control at gates and other entrances. In addition to the technical system, training included incorporation of operations and procedures for guards, operators and technicians.


Security Services


Iraq ($121 Million) - Contract was to build a security infrastructure to protect the oil industry throughout Iraq. Initially, the goal was to provide the security architecture and then slowly transfer that responsibility to Iraqi control. The end state is a well-trained guard force and mature security infrastructure capable of protecting the multi-billion dollar oil infrastructure. ANHAM’s contract included conducting comprehensive security and protection training, which included deployment of highly qualified training teams to instruct and prepare security and guard personnel for professional security officer roles.
