Key Contracts

Prime Vendor for Food Supply

Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan ($2.16 – $6.47 Billion) – ANHAM is currently contracted as the Prime Vendor for food and personal support products for all military and non-military U.S. Department of Defense personnel in Iraq, Kuwait and Jordan.

Under the contract, ANHAM will continue to satisfy an indefinite quantity of orders not only on time and on budget, but under the most extraordinary operating circumstances – whatever they may be. All transportation of containers into and out of Iraq will occur under the supervision of a U.S. Army convoy. The system relies on ANHAM’s well-proven warehouse facilities and distribution network. Its duties will be universal – from customer service to the execution of airlifts required to meet demand that cannot be met on time by traditional means.

Host Nation Trucking (HNT)

Afghanistan ($180 Million) - ANHAM provides dry cargo transportation and freight forwarding services on an IDIQ basis to the U.S. military serving Forward Operating Bases throughout the country. Operating a dedicated fleet of 260 heavy duty trucks, ANHAM transports military cargo from Bagram Air Base and other locations. Numerous transportation missions are carried out on a continuous basis ranging from 2 to 20 days per mission, depending on origin and destination pairs. A sophisticated In-Transit Visibility system enables ANHAM to eliminate theft and protect cargo and personnel. ANHAM was recently recognized by the Commander of the Host Nation Trucking Mission for both rapid mobilization and a 100% mission success rate over the course of the first 155 missions.

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Iraq ($300 Million) – ANHAM was awarded the Strategic Supply Chain Management and Distribution System Contract to operate and maintain the Wholesale Distribution Center Warehouse and staging facilities at Abu Ghraib and Umm Qasr. The contract included the design and construction of two new Dining Facilities (DFAC's), site preparation, layout and installation of prefabricated living quarters, renovation of old living quarters and remodeling of the old DFAC and living trailers into a large Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) facility. Most notably, both DFAC's were fully operational with a full-service kitchen, food storage area, serving lines, bathrooms, and ablution areas within 29 days of issuance of the Government's request.

National Maintenance Contract

Iraq ($47+ Million) – ANHAM constructed Life Support Camps for over 2,000 persons at 10 different sites throughout Iraq. The project included design, site surveys, land clearing, procurement, management and construction of camps for approximately 150 to 250 persons at each site. The design plans called for the establishment of living quarters, sidewalks between structures, parking lots, dining facilities, utilities (electric, water and sewage), MWR facilities and secure Entry and Exit Control Points. Additionally, security barriers were installed around the sites.

Immediately upon award, ANHAM drew upon our local resources, sourced, hired and mobilized a construction team of over 100 local national workers. Additionally, ANHAM utilized local vendors to obtain 100 percent of the construction materials and equipment for the project. Construction was completed in just over eight weeks and the LSA's were able to begin operations on time and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Ministry of Interior Warehousing Contract

Iraq ($2 Million) – ANHAM was awarded this contract by the U.S. Government to support the Iraqi Ministry of Interior in the operation of the Baghdad Police College (BPC) warehouse. Plans call not only for the application of ANHAM's supply chain resources in support of BPC warehouse operations, but also for the development of training curriculum to enable Iraqi police logistics personnel to sustain operations upon completion of the contract term.  ANHAM also provides 'a la carte' maintenance support to the Iraqi Police fleet, on an as needed basis.
