Key Contracts
Taji National Depot
Iraq ($3 Million) – ANHAM provided all the resources, equipment and management necessary to supply and install diesel generators ranging from 250 KVA to 1500 KVA. ANHAM also provided maintenance and repair services for the generators.
Darunta Dam Project
Afghanistan ($10 Million) – ANHAM is contracted by USAID to perform the rehabilitation of the Darunta Hydroelectric Power Plant in Jalalabad, Nangarhar Province. To help perform the work and increase local economic impact, ANHAM has called upon local Afghan subcontractors, Afghanistan International Power (AIP) and Afghan Fleet and Group Services (AFGS) to support the efforts. ANHAM is refurbishing the main Kaplan turbines to restore and improve upon the originally designed generating capacity of 11.5 megawatts. The project also entails the delivery of general safety, operations and maintenance training so that at the conclusion of the contract, the Afghan workers will have the necessary skills to take over and maintain power generation. Upon completion of renovations, ANHAM will ensure a fully-functioning, qualified, managerial and technical staff, trained in all aspects of the rehabilitated plant equipment.
