Key Contracts
National Criminal Investigative System (NCIS)
Iraq ($16 Million) – ANHAM provided a turnkey, multi-lingual, web-based system for Intelligence Management. This system is used by the National Security Service to facilitate their crime fighting efforts. In addition to system deployment, ANHAM provided training to Iraqi officers on computer and intelligence technology skills, familiarization with security legislation, and standard investigative policies and procedures.
Wireless Network Infrastructure Program
Iraq ($15+ Million) – ANHAM and its local Iraqi entity, the First Iraqi Group, designed, constructed and installed GSM, CDMA and microwave network towers, shelters, power systems, and associated network base station and radio technology. ANHAM’s scope of work includes full turnkey solutions from Site Surveys, site acquisition (or leasing), site excavation, Tower foundation, Antenna rigging, base station installation and integration, and then follow-on site O&M and security. Other similar programs have included relocating roof top and independent sites as well as private network microwave communications.
Fiber Optic Cable Project
Libya ($12+ Million) – As a part of the Libyan government’s plans for the installation of major fiber optic backbone and access infrastructure throughout the country, ANHAM (under its local entity, Nour Libya) is constructing civil works and performing fiber optic cable installation activities on a turnkey basis in the Northwestern region of Libya, with the support of the Libyan Post Telecommunications & Information Technology Company (LPTIC). The contract calls for the installation of over 1,100 kilometers of Fiber Optic cable across Libya. The project scope includes all required trenching, junctioning, backfill, and testing (mandrill and pressure) operations.
Camp Arifjan Communications Training Program
Kuwait ($11+ Million) – ANHAM and Knowlogy Corporation were awarded a five-year, renewable contract to provide information technology and project management training at Camp Arifjan. Camp Arifjan is a new $200 million state-of-the-art army base that provides permanent support facilities for U.S. troops stationed in Kuwait. In collaboration with the base’s program manager, ANHAM administers technical training courses and provides marketing support to help bolster the education offerings of the base, increase visibility for the school and boost the numbers of students enrolled in each course.
ANHAM and Knowlogy Corporation will deliver all instructors, content and software necessary to provide technical training to over 60 soldiers, in four classes per week. Soldiers are offered classes in Microsoft, Cisco, REDCOM, Promina, Fiber Optics, and CompTIA software programs. In addition, ANHAM provides comprehensive life support services for all instructors.
